From Our Travels to Your Table

Miguel's passion for food was shaped by curiosity. As a child, he was always drawn to the kitchen, watching meals come together and asking questions about ingredients, techniques, and flavors.

Over the years, that curiosity grew into a hobby, then a passion, and eventually a lifelong pursuit of learning. Cookbooks, countless hours of experimentation, and plenty of trial and error became part of the process.

Of course, having a family of picky eaters also provided plenty of hands-on training. Nothing sharpens your cooking skills quite like trying to create meals that satisfy different tastes, preferences, and ever-changing opinions. If a dish could survive family scrutiny, it was probably worth keeping.

Travel eventually became another classroom.

For our family, food is often at the center of every trip. More often than not, our itinerary begins with a restaurant, local market, café, or even a pub we have been looking forward to visiting. The sightseeing usually finds its way in somewhere between meals. We gather inspiration from new flavors, techniques, ingredients, and the hospitality that makes a meal memorable.

The goal has never been to recreate what we've eaten abroad. Instead, travel has taught us to appreciate the stories behind food, the beauty of simplicity, and the way good meals bring people together.

Many of the photos shared here capture moments from that journey—places we've explored, meals we've enjoyed, and experiences that continue to inspire what we do today.

After all, every trip may begin with a destination, but for us, it almost always ends with a meal worth remembering.
