• Our menu will be limited to our top best sellers. Our apologies in advance if we are unable to accommodate special requests.
• Delivery coverage will be limited to select areas, pick-up is highly encouraged. You may check exact location in Google Maps - Natalia's Rustic Kitchen. 
• Website is disabled for orders. To place your order, please send details following the format  provided in the Order Guidelines through Viber 0998-5648344.
• We will not entertain orders placed through other channels. This policy ensures we prioritize orders accordingly given limited slots.
  
• We will review your order and confirm your reserved slot, subject to availability
• Payment instructions will be sent on a weekly basis with a deadline of November 30, 2024
• Please note that the slot will only be reserved once payment is completed.
